Kaleidoscope

The Kaleidoscope collection is a play on visual possibilities of a childhood toy - fascinating, ever changing and full of unknowns.

The starting point of each piece is an analog collage created entirely by hand using strips of wallpapers, magazine paper and book paper as well as acrylic paint. The resulting piece is then mirrored to create a kaleidoscopic effect. This process is meant to magnify the symmetry and create the new visual with a magnetic center.
